Today we did one of our best retro-fitness shoots so far. Here we see regular model Chiara, teaching deportment and retro posing techniques to pretty physical education undergraduate student, Sara. And because Sara also knows a thing or two about exercising to improve the figure, she was able to do some magic things with Chiara’s already rather shapely body too.
These young women performed a variety of figure shaping routines, including tummy lifts (AKA tummy vacuums), tummy squeezes, shoulder rotations, leg scissors and various other exercises with each other, in order to get that narrow-waisted retro look. It was hard work, but a lot of fun, as the following images show:-
