Modern girls in girdles

Carlie...

• White push-up bra by Debenhams (2002)
• Animal skin short sleeve top bought via Ebay, of unkown origin and date
• White (grey!) firm-control, nylon/elastane, roll-on girdle by Marks & Spencer (style 6224 127), UK(~1990)

Chiara...

• Pink top by Pilot
• Beige, medium-control, roll-on girdle with satin tummy panel by Playtex (~1955)

Carlie found this M&S roll-on rather more comfortable than the more recently-made, black one she had tried during an earlier shoot. It was just as tight but a little longer which meant it came up a little higher on her tummy. 

Meanwhile, Chiara tried a very old Playtex roll-on - made in the days before lycra. This has unusual stitching where it crossed the hip bones. The fabric still had a lot of stretch and she said it was very comfortable but not very controlling.

The girls felt these girdles are fun to 'dress up' in but they could not imagine themselves ever actually wearing them as undergarments!
